“Able to supply one of the two balls of wool I ordered to make the giraffe from one of the free patterns I downloaded from the web-site. The colours are no longer in stock so one could not be sourced which was a shame.”

“I had been looking for a particular pattern, laughing Hens was the only site I could find this longed for pattern. “Delivery information should be improved. I have ordered the goods from your site several times but it is the first time that the package was sent with the insufficient information on the package inspite of the full information that i offered. No full address and no phone number on the package. I had to call many places to trace my package.”

“From the ease of placing my order for a crochet-along project (Cosmic CAL) to it's tracked delivery to my home, this was one of the simplest and easiest yarn-ordering procedures I've encountered over the years. Even the fact that a swap had to be made of a few of the balls was made easy by the efficient way in which Laughing Hens communicated with me via email. Definitely a five star service. Thank you!”
