Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Once an order has been processed and leaves our warehouse we have little to no control over how long it takes for the couriers to deliver. As soon as your order is shipped you receive an email that contains the tracking details to allow you to track your parcel. I can see we have resent both of your orders out again.
