“The yarn was delivered in good time and the colours were as illustrated on your website. One of the balls of white yarn had a few snags and lumps in it but the rest was fine. Have not finished the jumper yet but it is nearly done and feels and looks good with good stitch definition.”

“An extensive range of circular needles in stock. I used the short ones to knit the sleeves on a knitted top down sweater. They give a much better result than dpns which I have used on an earlier garment.”

“My 4 skeins (of the same color) were of different dye lots. In my very extensive online yarn-buying experience, it's the first time that seller did not notify of mismatched dye lots prior to shipping. Very disappointing!”

We apologise mixed dye lots have been sent in error. We aim not to sent mixed dye lots unless agreed by the customer. We apologise for our mistake on this occasion, you are welcome to return the needles to us using the free returns label on your invoice.
