“the order was dealt with swiftly and v pleased with my wool .Royal mail was not so perfect ,saying they would come one day and never came with no apology and it came late the next day and no indication of when they would come till later in the day .”

“Delighted to have found Laughing Hens and have had success buying a Rowan Magazine and most of the colours to knit a Kaffe Fassett cowl in Rowan Felted Tweed. “Proactive customer service - I'd ordered on Sunday and they emailed me on Monday morning to let me know despatches were being slightly delayed due to their sale over the weekend. The delay wasn't long (my order was sent out on the Wednesday, only a day behind schedule), so overall a pretty good experience”

“Having ordered several times previously and been very satisfied, I placed an order for 5 balls of Drops Merino extra fine in green. I'm well aware of how assiduous you are about filling an order, so planned my project accordingly. Unfortunately for me the Canada Post Office staff decided to go on strike - a very stupid move just before the holiday season began. But there was nothing to do but wait until a settlement was reached. There were many articles on TV and newspapers about the mountain of mail that was piling up. The strike was settled, and now the backlog is being tended to, so I am patiently waiting. One day, success will arrive! In the interim,may I say how much I enjoy having you as my source for Drops yarns. Keep up the good work! Barbara Jan, 14th - success at last! The parcel arrived this a.m. in excellent condition. It's been a long wait, thanks to the Canada Postal strike, but we're ready to roll now! Barbara”

“Not used yarn but have previously, it is lovely yarn, soft and wears well but not if you wash too hot like my son did but he has requested a I knit his daughter another identical cardigan!!”
