“Laughing Hens, always processes my orders quickly and they arrive in Canada in perfect condition. If I call on the telephone, the help I receive is friendly' and accurate. This company is my go-to provider for all my knitting requirements. Haven't received latest order yet, so rest of the questions are irrelevant.”

“I so enjoy being able to get new different challenging patterns. Sock yarn is my favorite to knit and wear in all accessories, gloves, fingerless gloves, cowls, scarves, hats plus socks!”

Hello, Apologies you had trouble downloading your pattern. I can see you emailed us on the 17/08 saying you had not received the email to download the pattern, we emailed you back on the 17/08 saying we had forwarded the original email to you again and the link was in the email to download you pattern. “I would give 5 stars, (which I very rarely do) but for a wrong skein of wool sent in my first order. That said, the error was very quickly corrected at no cost to me (I live in Australia). Overall I find LH to be a first rate online business with which to deal.”
