“Fantastic customer service. I ordered Regia leather moccasin soles to make some slippers and they were of terrible quality, smaller than the size on the label, and too narrow. They refunded my purchase within an hour of contacting them and they plan to reach out to the supplier about the quality issues. Much appreciated! Now if only I could find good quality soles somewhere (I'm in the US and it seems only Europeans make sock slippers)!!”

“I bought this wool in several colours to make rabbit toys for my granddaughters. As I am in Australia I needed the wool reasonably quickly in order to get them finished in time for easter. Website was easy to navigate and colour choices were good. Wool arrived in a short time. Am very pleased with everything.”

Hello Judith, We received an email from you on the 23rd of February stating you wished to amend you order, we emailed back on the 23rd to say we were unable to do that and that we would cancel and refund your order so you could place a new order. We have received several emails from yourself which we have replied to unfortunately it seems you are not receiving them, your order was cancelled and refunded on the 23rd please do check your records. “I ordered Rowan felted tweed on February 24, 2024 and was billed the same day. It has been 3 weeks and I have received neither the yarn nor a shipping notice. E-mails inquiring about the order have not been answered. Although I have ordered from Laughing Hens in the past and received good service, the current situation is worrisome for me and reflects poorly on this company.”

Hello Mary, We received your order, however we only had mixed dyelots i did email you in regards to this but heard nothing back, i have had multiple emails from you this week which i have replied to. As we were unable to get the yarn from our supplier a full refund was issued on the 12/03 please check your records. Apologies for the inconvinience Kind regards Laughing Hens

“Everything arrived quickly. One of the ADDI olive wood circular knitting needles had been broken which I did not notice until I started using them. I contacted the customer support at Laughing Hens and provided a picture. I received a refund almost immediately. A great on-Line resource and store. Great service! Thank you!”
