“Have used Laughing Hens a few times for different things from yarn, downloadable patterns and knitting accessories. Every time I have dealt with them they have always kept me up to date with my order and have answered any queries immediately. Extremely pleased with their service and would happily recommend them. Definitely 5 stars!”

“Excellent service. In my haste I mis-read the pattern and under ordered the yarn. Fortunately, the lady I spoke to on the telephone was able to find the same dye lot for me and it arrived a couple of days later. Loved working with the yarn and love the stitch definition.”

“Sent the wrong shade. I received pink instead of this green. I was told they would send a replacement, however I have not received it and have not receive a response from Laughing Hens when requesting a tracking number for the replacement shipment.”

“I absolutely love alpaca yarn. It is so soft and very warm. Plus, the Drops yarn is extremely reasonable considering the cost versus the amount of yards you get from a skein. I was unable to find it offered in the US with anything that could be called a selection of colors. I try to avoid paying shipping whenever I am able to and was amazed that Laughing Hens shipping costs from the UK to the US were only $3.90. That is beyond reasonable. I received it promptly and packed nicely. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I hope every knitter will experience knitting with alpaca.”
