“I am so grateful I found Laughing Hens to purchase extended-length needles. They are very difficult to find!! I cannot use circular needles despite trying many times. “I ordered the last 4 balls of a particular colour,at this point there was no mention of different colour lots. I was offered alternatives accept the different lots or wait for a new order. There was no talk about a discount for the mismatching balls of wool so I just let it slide and waited for the next delivery of that particular colour. The promised 15 days was a lot longer and as I live in Italy it was an interminable wait and well not really a good experience. Sorry.”

“..Never again! Obwohl ich sofort nach der Bestellung die in der Lieferanschrift fehlende Haus-Nr. ergänzt habe, wurde die Korrektur bei Ihnen nicht berücksichtigt. Folge: das Paket war nicht zustellbar und ging ungeöffnet an Sie zurück! Ich habe mich darüber sehr geärgert, denn nun ist die Wolle nicht mehr zu bekommen. Immerhin kam das Geld letzte Woche zurück....mir wäre die Wolle lieber gewesen. Und! Es erfolgte keine Reaktion auf meine diversen Emails.... Yours sincerely, Daniela Hofmann”
