“Deutsche Webseite, versendet aber aus UK, was zu langen Lieferzeiten führt. Paket wurde erst versendet, nachdem nach über einer Woche nichts passiert ist. Bei der Rückgabe von Artikeln dauert Bearbeitung und Erstattung sehr lange - Support reagiert auf Nachrichten diesbezüglich nicht.”

“Ordered my yarn November 26 for delivery to Canada. By late December it still hadn't arrived and I had received no notifications from Laughing Hens about shipping information. I sent them an email with no response. Early January I sent a second email. All of a sudden I received shipping information. I can only assume that my order had been forgotten but I can't say for sure as I never received a reply to either of my emails. I do not consider this to be good customer service. I felt like I was just a number..no personal touch at all..no explanation and no apology”

“Store did not get the address right in the label (omitted the street name and number) and parcel consequently too a month to get to Australia from uK. Website is misleading. I thought it was based in Australia not uK.”

“My order was send quickly and the missing ball too, but as this one was send by Royal Mail the fees were the same as the price of the yarnball 😒. But that's the fault of higher instancies.”
