“The kit included all yarns andinstructions. The chart and instructions are printed on standard A4 copy paper but as the chart was not printed in landscape format it is very small and hard to read. Luckily I have the original Marie Wallin book with the pattern in which is much easier to read.”

“I have contacted you twice for a refund for the yarn I purchased! This is the first time you have contacted me about my purchase. The pink color looks more like raspberry. In reality, it is more a baby pink. Please send me a return label so that I may return the yarn and get a refund for my purchase as soon as possible! Georgianne Villarin”

Hello, Apologies you were disapointed in the time it took to receive your order, we do aim to ship between 1-2 working days once an order is placed but this is not always possible at busier times. Once an order leaves us we have little to no control over how long it takes the courier to deliver. Once again though we apolgise yours took a little longer to be delivered. Hello, Having looked at the tracking for the parcel i can see that delivery was attempted on the following dates 14th 15th 18th and 19th of December, it then says that as delivery could not be made they have redirected the parcel back to us we however have not received it. i can only assume it has got lost in transit, i have now issued you with a full refund.
