“Buy my wool from laughing hens .Mostly on line but had to phone as I made a mistake when ordering as always very efficient and resolved quickly ,dispatched and received in a timely manner. Thankyou to the team.”

“Lovely yarns, but dispatch took over a week for both orders placed, customer service would take 2+ weeks to get back and if you want a refund after sending anything back you have to fight for it!”

“Deutsche Webseite, versendet aber aus UK, was zu langen Lieferzeiten führt. Paket wurde erst versendet, nachdem nach über einer Woche nichts passiert ist. Bei der Rückgabe von Artikeln dauert Bearbeitung und Erstattung sehr lange - Support reagiert auf Nachrichten diesbezüglich nicht.”

“Ordered my yarn November 26 for delivery to Canada. By late December it still hadn't arrived and I had received no notifications from Laughing Hens about shipping information. I sent them an email with no response. Early January I sent a second email. All of a sudden I received shipping information. I can only assume that my order had been forgotten but I can't say for sure as I never received a reply to either of my emails. I do not consider this to be good customer service. I felt like I was just a number..no personal touch at all..no explanation and no apology”
