“I do wonder why you have sent me this as I am frustratingly waiting on a second ball to arrive .. order placed 4 th May.on 14th told 2nd. Ball to be dispatched within 10-14 days . Still no sign . I have since had to source the wool elsewhere and it arrived within 24 hrs . It would have been helpful to know before the first ball was dispatched that there was a problem as I would have cancelled the order as I am knitting for an imminent new baby .”

“This Erika Knight pattern was very poor quality. Clearly printed off on a printer with low ink levels. Can barely read it......😞!”

“My order came over A month late. The label was illegible and I think that added to its delay in getting to me besides the problems with COVID-19 shipments. I aborted the project I was going to make because it took too long and I had already started on something else so I sold the one I bought from you at a discount to a friend of mine. I won’t be buying yarn from you again, as the shipment should’ve included FedEx delivery.”

“I purchased the Florentine throw and Check Mate Throw patterns. The Florentine throw has a 16st pattern rep, but contains instructions for a 38st pattern rep, so does the instruction for the Check Mate throw. It looks like the Florentine instructions are the same as the check mate. Please explain?”
