“My order was out of stock, but when it came into stock I was about to go on holiday. There was no fuss about delaying sending the parcel till I came home. I managed to contact a real human being who dealt with my query easily and efficiently - not many companies you can say that about these days!”

“Laughing Hens was fine with ordering and website but I am extremely disappointed with the yarn purchased, Bergere unic. It is not a gradient but different yarns all knotted together, plus the fact that there are 4 separate plys which have obviously just been laid against each other and not spun. I think these points should be mentioned in your description of the yarn This was not cheap to buy and I definitely will not purchase more and feel there will be no real joy in knitting with it.”

“I usually receive excellent service from laughing hens, but on my last order, I received the wrong pattern. i.e. I received "Beaded Cardigan', instead of 'Laced Edge' pattern.”
