“Service was good but you charged for postal delivery that was in a very poor envelope that wasn't stuck closed. We were lucky to get the gift coupons enclosed”

“Excellent service. Website nice and clear with colour reproduction of wool being excellent. Only slight downside was that pattern was packed in a soft envelope within the parcel of wool (also soft,) so looked a little less than pristine by the time it arrived. Sold ideally have been in a hard backed envelope”

“I found exactly what I was looking for quickly and easily. The prices were better than some other sites I've reviewed. If you offered free shipping you'd be nearly perfect. I did notice that you offered some sort of rebate that was labeled VAT, that did offset the shipping cost, which was nice.”
