“I am so grateful that you carry the Creative Cotton Degrade Lucky 8. My first purchase of this 4 strand fiber was at a knitting shop in Regensburg, Germany. I love this yarn for shawls, but it is difficult to find. I ordered it from the Laughing Hens (what a great name!!!) and it arrived quickly. Your website was easy to use, uncomplicated. I will be ordering again in the future.”

“A very reliable company, with excellent products and prompt service. On this occasion I bought a bamboo mix yarn from King Cole to make trainer socks. I bought two colour blends, Onyx and Neptune, and was able to make two pairs of socks with each ball. I started each pair at a dfferent stage in the colour cycle for variety, and am very pleased with the result. The yarn is very soft and comfortable to wear, and i can certainly recommend it.”

“Ordering via website was easy, and queries I had were answered promptly... within minutes! When you consider that communication was between England and Australia, it's even more impressive given the 8 hour time difference and it made a huge difference for me not having to wait across a weekend for my answer. The product I bought was despatched promptly, fully tracked, and arrived ahead of estimated date. As for the product: very happy with the yarn. Happy to recommend Laughing Hens.”

“Ive bought from you for years. Your website said i was collecting points. Maybe sometime in the past. However even though i passed the limit for a gift it was never sent. A nasty trick of yours. But you do have a good selection of wool and colours.”

Hello, If a customer sets up an account with ourselves they collect points every time they order, once they receive 5 points this is equivalent to 10% off their next order. This is only valid on their account for a year, we do not send out free gifts. Kind regards Laughing hens
