“Shortly after laying out my rug I noticed it had frayed in one of the corners. I called immediately and was asked to email pictures. Its been 2 weeks since I emailed them and since then I have left two messages and chased by email and haven’t heard back or been able to get through.”

“I ordered two rugs but only had one delivered. land of rugs said they would re send another one but I have yet to get any tracking for it. Not impressed by the service or courier (DHL) that they use.”

“Dreadful customer service. Courier lied about me not being in as I was all day. They then said they took it to nearest post office, but it was 14 miles away, not the one which is literally round the corner. I complained to Land of Rugs and they said they had no responsibility for couriers behaviour and asked me to arrange a delivery myself. Got impression they didn't care as they already had my money. Still jot got my rug. Absolutely disgusted with LoR. Website is slick but their attitude is atrocious. Avoid this company and go to one of their many competitors.”

“Beware these guys I'm sure land of rugs are fine. But... Rugs are dispatched by a 3rd party who you can't talk to Who use UPS - possibly the worst courier service in the world So when goods go missing you ejd up with everyone shrugging their shoulders and pointing at the next man along I have no rug and no money refunded Nobody is willing to take ownership of the problem (it really should be Land of Rugs as it is them I have the contractual agreement with) And this situation seems unresolvable So unless you like tossing money down the drain - avoid !!!”

“Very poor quality product (FL56). Left so many strands on my existing carpet- it was a complete disaster. There 30 day no hassle returns Is FULL of hassle. The rug cost over £25 to return due to its size and many courier firms ( tried 7!!!) do not take items this large. The man at the online site who answered the phone was not particularly helpful. In such disastrous times where pennies are in short supply i am totally disgusted that the store couldn’t even meet 50% of the return fee- i only hope the refund comes quickly to save further repercussions. Would I recommend- definitely NO!”
