“Polar shaggy rug in beige is not as described as it is a strange shade of yellow. Also no free returns label.”

Hello Mrs Melling There can be delays in refunding returned orders that cannot easily be identified, orders returned with an order number either inside the packaging or visible on the packaging are usually refunded within 48hrs of them being received at our warehouse. Kind regards Land of Rugs

I have had a look into this, we did receive the rug back however, there were no customer details, therefore we were unable to refund due to us having multiple orders for the same rug from different customers. “The rug was supposed to be 290cm but we measured it and it was 292cm which is too big for the space. It cost us nearly £30 to send it back, when they should have clooected it because it is bigger than the size advertised. Shop elswhere!”

“I ordered a rug and some underlay on 18th December. I received the underlay on 22nd December. I have not received the rug. I have had no response to three phone calls and two messages asking when I will receive the rug. The order information in my account is completely uninformative, simply stating that the order is 'Complete'. I don't know what your definition of Complete is, but as far as I am concerned the order is certainly NOT complete until I receive the rug. Given that you cannot respond to my attempts to get in touch with you, that you ARE able to email me asking for a review simply adds insult to injury.”

“Shortly after laying out my rug I noticed it had frayed in one of the corners. I called immediately and was asked to email pictures. Its been 2 weeks since I emailed them and since then I have left two messages and chased by email and haven’t heard back or been able to get through.”
