rug arrived later than needed for a present for my aunt, driver claimed road blocked on expected delivey day cos someone glued to tarmac but whats that got to do with me, he should have gone anouther way. not rockit secience is it?

Where the hell is my rug that I orderd? Despite several attempts to contact the courier who is supposed to be delivering my order I cant change the delivery date!

more blue than turquoise when I said this they still said have to send it back ourselves, postoffice charge 14 for it. not like the image avoid this bunch of fools

you have to pay send them back if you dont like them but they should give you free return labels really

Would give zero if possible. Still trying to arrange return of rug. 3 weeks I've been trying, I'm assuming they are waiting 28 days and then they will contact me to say its too late to return it!!!!!!!!

We have looked into this for you, we have no voicemails left from the number on your order form nor no emails within our inbox via searching using the email used for your order. It is up to the customer to return items back to us information for returns can be find some information here: https://www.landofrugs.com/returns-information/ You did order from us on the 31st May therefore you are outside of our 30 days which we prescribe for returns. I have however noted on your order that we will allow an additional 10 days which will have given you 45 days to return your unused item back to us. Please note all items must be returned unused and well packed to prevent damage during transit. We are always happy to help, please note our office hours are Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm. I've been trying to get in touch for the last 2 weeks to try and arrange a return. No answer to my emails and have left messages on the answer phone but no response. Very quick to take my money but customer service after non existent!

Polar shaggy rug in beige is not as described as it is a strange shade of yellow. Also no free returns label.

nice rug but to small sent it back cost £16 sent two email to ask can i have my refund back but it taken 11 day to get it back in my bank

Hello Mrs Melling There can be delays in refunding returned orders that cannot easily be identified, orders returned with an order number either inside the packaging or visible on the packaging are usually refunded within 48hrs of them being received at our warehouse. Kind regards Land of Rugs

i dont like the rug its not the quality i expected colour is too dark and they make me send it back, the rug only cost £28 but its cost £8.29 to send it back. will ot use again

I have had a look into this, we did receive the rug back however, there were no customer details, therefore we were unable to refund due to us having multiple orders for the same rug from different customers. Not happy with the colour its more of a dull moss green certainly not 'VIBRANT', would not have bought if I had known. Gets worse. I have to pay to return it!
