I’m afraid I can’t review the rug itself, as it hasn’t arrived. I have, however, been asked twice to review it while my email about the missing delivery has gone unanswered. Five stars for optimism.

Haven’t received order placed 5.12.25 which was on a 2-3 day delivery, no response to my emails or messages and phone line is out of service. I have asked for the order to be refunded. If I do not hear back I will be charging it back via my card issuer under section 75.

I have been asked twice now to leave a review for an order I placed over a week ago, however, I haven’t received the item or any replies to emails sent chasing an update so I can only review the service I have received so far which is poor in terms of communication about if or when my order will be delivered.

Ordered Maia runner whichcost £70, description says - discontinunities in rug to give distressed look. I presumed this meant pile might go in different directions but no I was mistaken this actually means plastic mesh is clearly visible in places! Cost me £9.95 to return. Extremely unhappy with purchase and would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone else. Have tried to upload photos but system wont accept them - i wonder why??

I placed an order for a rug I had scoured the internet for. When the promised express delivery didn’t, well, deliver - I emailed Land of Rugs for an expected delivery date. No reply. I chased again - explaining I was concerned as other suppliers had stated that the rug has been discontinued. I received an email to say LoR were checking with their supplier - and then, they came back to me to confess that they had, indeed, taken payment for a rug they didn’t have. I’ve requesred a full refund - interestingly - although payment was taken for the rug immediately - the refund might take up to five days. I was invited to give a review with a chance to win back £50 off cost of rug. Let’s say I am fairly confident I won’t be receiving this as compensation for the inconvenience…

Do NOT deal with this firm! They sent me a drab olive green rug instead of a pretty silvery green rug. Their quality control department agreed it was not the shade on their advertising and agreed to replace it. I duly repackaged it and was given a replacement which was identical to the one I had returned. Now it appears the onus is on me to fund the return of the identical second rug. The entire batch must be olive green not silvery green!

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. I cannot see anywhere where any of my colleague’s have stated that this is the incorrect rug or there was an issue with the rug. I have questioned this with our quality team of whom have explained, they had sent a second rug out thinking that the old, faded rug was the one in question which is why the second rug you received matched the first rug. The item in question does not mention and is not described as silvery green. As my colleagues and management have explained, the rug you did receive was the correct rug and colour also. I would have given zero. I placed an order for a rug, immediately got confirmation and an email saying it had been allocated for dispatch. Six days later I spoke to Kyle on the help line as I hadn’t heard anything from the company. He told me the rug was out of stock and was on preorder . He said he would check with the warehouse and email me an estimated delivery date. I never got an email. However, immediately following that conversation I got three emails asking me to review my experience. I never received any indication when I ordered this rug that it was out of stock. Communication has been very poor. I am still waiting to find out when/if my rug will arrive.

Thank you for your review! I have looked into this and can see that on the product page on our website where you purchased the rug, it does state pre-order. On both your order email and order status email, it does say if you have pre-ordered your item, then stock has been allocated to be dispatched as soon as it arrives back into stock and to contact us if you have any further queries regarding estimated delivery dates. We apologise if there has been any confusion. Kyle did message back to let you know that your item is not due in until after the new year but we haven't had a response back. Not received my item yet & there's been no communication about when I might expect to get it. Very disappointed. I was hoping to have it for Christmas which is looking very unlikely. It was a pre-ordered item. The order was placed on the 08th November & I would have expected to hear back from Land of Rugs by now!

I Have purchased several Kalvin Klein sculptural rugs from LOR and am delighted with the design and quality whilst separate delivery dates they all arrived on time when the delivery date was given. We have an out of stock Item due for delivery in mid-November but have been kept well informed throughout the delay process, something not all companies do, as chasing is often down to the client. I would highly recommend Land Of Rugs
