Poorly made rug , several small holes on delivery and subsequent threads and pile deterioration , would not recommend .

Unfortunately our first rug was damaged in transit. We had great difficulty in returning it but my wife spoke to one of your employees and he arranged for the collection of the damaged rug. We have now received the new rug and we are delighted with it. It is a beautiful rug that will enhance our room.

Delivery was a nightmare. Had to keep chasing them over the delivery and the item kept getting delayed. Nice rug when it arrived but delivery was unnacceptable

The delivery guy posted a card but never even rang the bell, customer support was very good in resolving this issue for us but I would not recommend Parcelforce and in general I try to avoid them because it seems to be a reoccurring issue at our address.

The rug I had ordered arrived with some of the binding missing along the edge, this was remedied but they should have checked it prior to sending me my order.

Thank you for your review. Here at Land of Rugs we value all reviews as it highlights specific areas that we are doing well and areas that need to improve on. We apologise that you have not been satisfied with your order. I have taken a look into this and can see that you have been in liaisons with our Customer Support team. Your First rug was delivered within 5 working days on the 9th as advised at purchase. The other two were dispatched the very next day after you placed the order. It appears that you had some problems with Tufnells as they tried to deliver your items on the 7th but were unable to. I can see that we have raised a complaint to Tuffnells due to the driver sending the rugs back to the Warehouse in a mis-understanding about thinking it was a business address and being closed. This is a first for us in all the years we have been operating as we have never had this particular issue before. The standard protocol for all couriers is to make 3 attempts prior to any considerations of returning items back to the Warehouse. With regards to the quality, I can't see that you have been in touch regarding this. I have looked into the history of the three rugs that you ordered, I can confirm we haven't had any queries raised about the Da Vinci Rug or Noble House Rug however, we have had 1 query about the Nova which was to do with it being more so on the thinner side that that particular customer wanted. If you feel there is anything in particular that you need to highlight about the rugs you ordered, please feel free to contact us, as always we are happy to assist and help where possible. Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconveneince caused with Tuffnells, we have raised a complaint with them as this is below our expectations as a service provided to us and have stressed how this can pose negatively on us as a company. I was messed around by the courier they said they tried to deliver but they didnt because I was in and on lock down so would have heard them at the door. When the rug finally arrived I was happy with it. Not sure I would use again unless they used a courier that didnt lie.

My new rug is beautiful but I had problems with dhl claiming they had attempted to deliver when they had not as we were all in. Use a better courier.

Unfortunately at this time I cannot make a positive comment about my purchase as I am still waiting for it to be delivered. On the 8/12/20 I made the purchase and received 3 emails. A registration email, a confirmation and an invoice. The confirmation advised they would be in touch when they dispatched it and most rugs are dispatched in 5 working days. I have not received any further communication and that will be 10 working days tomorrow. Furthermore I have attempted to contact via the website for an status update and received no response. My only communication since is an email asking me to submit a review and star rating! I do appreciate it is a busy time of a difficult year so I'm hoping someone will see this and provide me with an update. Kind regards Amanda Mason

Rug is fantastic, postage took two days longer than expected to reach me though. I had a day off work and it didnt arrive but the delivery company didnt let me know.

Slow responses to email questions. Even slower delivery of rug. 11 days to receive an in-stock product is unacceptable. On plus side Land of Rugs were cheap in comparison to other sellers for equivalent product. Doubt I would use company in future.

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the delivery time and also the response time from our Customer Support Team. We have investigated this for you to understand what has happened. With regards to delivery, usually this is a much quicker process than what you experienced. We do state 5 working days, however from point of purchase, your rug was delivered in 7 working days which we do apologise for the delay in receiving your rug. Sometimes during sale periods, we do see an increase in delivery times whilst our team in the Warehouse are very busy but generally manage to stick within this time frame. In most instances, our rugs are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. We have also had a look into your query regarding the response from our Customer Support Team. We can see that you did email us on Saturday, and we responded to you on Monday. Our Customer Support Team are in the office each day from 11am Monday to Friday. Therefore, they were back in touch with an update within a couple of hours of being in the office on the next business day. We were then back in touch on the Tuesday with a further update on your order. We apologise that this appears to be a slow service, however we do our upmost to maintain our high level of Customer satisfaction by following our strict systems and processes that are in place.
