“Fantastic service and an excellent quality rug. There was an excellent selection of rugs on line and we knew that we could buy with confidence knowing that if there had been a problem it would be sorted. The price of the rugs was extremely reasonable considering the quality. To be truthful I would have expected to pay more. Thank you Land of Rugs, Top Quality Rugs at extremely affordable prices.”

I know you mentioned during correspondence that you do not mind waiting for your rugs, in our last email to you, we had asked if you wanted us to send the available rug on your order to you straight away whilst we await your pre-order to become available to dispatch but we have not receive a response yet. “after purchasing a outdoor rug (package never opened) I realised that I had ordered the wrong size. I then ordered a larger rug (which I use), this was all within a month. Land of Rugs has not allowed me to return the smaller rug for a refund despite many requests from my daughter !!!! Very dissapointed.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your order. I have reviewed your order notes and can see that you had initially contacted us 4 months after your purchase which is outside of our 30 day returns window. On the 27th March 2026 you contacted us again to return this item however, you purchased on the 17th April 2025 1 year ago. Typically, consumer law expects companies to offer a 14 day returns window, we exceed this by offering 30 days. Unfortunately, 4 months and then 1 year exceeds our returns policy greatly.
