“Fantastic service and an excellent quality rug. There was an excellent selection of rugs on line and we knew that we could buy with confidence knowing that if there had been a problem it would be sorted. The price of the rugs was extremely reasonable considering the quality. To be truthful I would have expected to pay more. Thank you Land of Rugs, Top Quality Rugs at extremely affordable prices.”

“Easy to navigate and use website, with a huge selection of rugs on offer, checkout was simple though I did have an issue with delivery which wasn't Land of Rugs fault, but they helped resolve it. My rug arrived well wrapped and protected and was in perfect condition once we got it out of the packaging, my partner is extremely happy with her new rug”

“First time buying from this store and the experience was faultless. Originally have ordered a different rug, but have been notified via email that unfortunately it was on back order and I could get an instant refund or wait. As I recently moved into my new home, I decided to get a refund and chose a different rug, which I must say, I love. Delivery guy phoned me to let me know they are at the address, so I have been notified throughout the whole process. Great customer service and a wide range of rugs to suit all budgets. “Rug expensive but lovely thick pile & quality, was disappointed with delivery told it would arrive Wed 12th Nov, only when I rang to find time was told it would be next day & would receive to confirm time which I did & was given between 8am - 6pm which kept me in again all day, I had to phone again to narrow delivery time down & lady on phone was lovely & very helpful, was given 2.30pm - 4pm which was correct, should have been faster & more accurate times for money spent.”
