“Fantastic service and an excellent quality rug. There was an excellent selection of rugs on line and we knew that we could buy with confidence knowing that if there had been a problem it would be sorted. The price of the rugs was extremely reasonable considering the quality. To be truthful I would have expected to pay more. Thank you Land of Rugs, Top Quality Rugs at extremely affordable prices.”

“This is the worst rug I have ever bought it looks lovely but it is deceiving it feels cheap, stitched cheap and is thin as paper. The delivery was fast but to return it I have to pay and repackage myself sadly. It’s definitely not worth the money. I’m disabled so made a bad choice and don’t have a car to send it back. I should have spent an extra £50 and bought a quality rug from somewhere else. If it lasts until Xmas I will be surprised. 😳”

Helpful Report

“Lovely rug and quick delivery had a problem with sizing as was different on website to what came, only by 10cm but was offered discount! So dealt with very well! I have questioned the colour as says sage green but all I see is oatmeal, still a nice rug and well made. I’m waiting on a response on colour incase the label could have been wrong”

Helpful Report

“Delivered the wrong rug and then expected me to take a day off work to wait in for it to be collected. Refused to offer compensation, and refused to send out the actual rug I wanted until the incorrect item had been returned and checked”

Helpful Report

“First time I have used Land of Rugs to purchase a rug (not a cheap one either!). From online ordering to delivery, everything was plain sailing, with online tracking available to confirm all was well and in accordance with order details. I am now the proud owner of a delightful, colourful, thick, 100% wool rug, which is the centre-piece of my conservatory, overlooking the wonderful Welsh mountains. Heaven! I can fully recommend Land of Rugs.”
