Dreadful customer service. Courier lied about me not being in as I was all day. They then said they took it to nearest post office, but it was 14 miles away, not the one which is literally round the corner. I complained to Land of Rugs and they said they had no responsibility for couriers behaviour and asked me to arrange a delivery myself. Got impression they didn't care as they already had my money. Still jot got my rug. Absolutely disgusted with LoR. Website is slick but their attitude is atrocious. Avoid this company and go to one of their many competitors.
