“Good products, amazing price however shipping was very slow. Website said 4-6 days but it took a week before dispatch. Took 10 days to receive products in all but wasn’t an issue for me, just something to be aware of if ordering and in a rush”

“I'm very excited about my new lamp (Dexter Pendant in black)! The quality of the metal and the metal work is good, the finishes inside and outside are good, the cord feels nice and the cord attachments are solid at both ends. I'm very happy to find lamps worth buying after having to return other vendor's flimsy lamps that looked miles different than the photos. As part of my purchase, I talked to someone in Lampsy's customer services. They were very helpful, friendly, polite and answered my questions clearly.”

“Excellent products and company , customers service offer great support for a couple of things that did not suit and I wanted to return . Kept a few of the lights and they are stunning to look at and great quality Defo be buying from them again.”

“We have found the larger Sponge Rechargeable LED Table Lamp to lose battery very quickly (lasts a maximum) of 1hr following a full charge. Other than the functionality of the lamp, we love the design aesthetic. Shame :(”
