“Very good customer service. Light arrived with plastic cups damaged but customer service was really quick at checking if their warehouse has spare cups and as they were available they were delivered promptly. Light will look great once installed.”

“Beautiful outdoor light fitting! However, the plastic defuser part or insert easily falls out, this must be a design fault or faulty light? Which is a shame, could have been 5 stars. 4 stars given for the look and feel of the light.”
