“Absolutely shocking. 3 main issues. Lampsy state items are in stock. They are not. They will send you an email several days after you have ordered and state there is a stock discrepancy. 2. Over 10 days later we got an email saying our item has been dispatched - it’s now been 4 days and still no item. 3. There is zero customer service. Calls - you can leave a message but no one returns call. Do NOT use this company.”

“We purchased two Ellen To-Go rechargeable table lamps which we are very pleased with unfortunately one was faulty but a return label was provided by Lampsy at their cost and we will shortly be receiving a replacement.”

“Despite the stated delivery terms of 3-5 days, it took two weeks to deliver the ordered goods. Over that time, there was no communication from Lampsy to provide updates or reasons for any delay. Calls to thier contact number and emails to thier customer support email address went unanswered. Over the course of the order, Lampsy removed thier phone contact details from the website. The only channel that worked was the chat facility on the website. updates from the CS team via chat gave differing and unreliable information”

I have looked into this issue and I can see that this item was backordered and was available for pre-order on the website. Items that are backordered are generally available in 14-21 days from date of order. I understand that it must have been disappointing when this was delayed longer than expected. “Bought two Nordlux Front 26 LED downlighters to place above front and side doors … they are pricey but very good product. Look great at night coupled with PIR (bought separately). Lampsy were good price and pretty good delivery .. though Royal Mail 48 hour still took more than 72 hours. That’s RM for you !”

“Beautiful lamps - love them! No cables when charged via usb with a long battery life. I have three x2 tripod lamps & x1 small desk lamp they make a stylish addition to any room. Great customer service & delivery.”
