“I ordered on a Monday expecting dispatch within a day or so. The didn’t bother dispatching the goods for a further 7!days and the delivery took a further 3. They thought this was acceptable. If I’d known they weren’t going to send the goods for ten days I’d have ordered from elsewhere. Beware”

“Beautiful design and good value - looks expensive. You can adjust the angle of the light sideways, not just up and down. Very easy to install, just a bit tricky to get the bulb in. Would prefer a fabric flex.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lampsy. My order was delayed far beyond the advertised 3-5 working days, and the lack of clear communication only added to the frustration. While delays can happen, the handling of this situation was unacceptable. Suggesting I should wait to book an electrician is basic common sense and does nothing to address the inconvenience caused by the excessive delay and poor communication. Timely delivery is a basic expectation when making a purchase, and Lampsy failed to meet even this standard. The offered resolution—a free return label—was completely inadequate given the inconvenience caused. If this is the level of service Lampsy considers acceptable, I feel compelled to warn others. I would strongly advise against relying on this company. Avoid Lampsy if you value good customer service and reliability.”

Hello Mr Page, Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry that the service you received was not up to the standard that you would expect. I would like to offer my sincerest apologies that your order wasn't delivered on time and that communication was lacking. We have had some issues with our mailing system which have now been rectified. We are also looking to move to a new email system shortly.
