“Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order expecting delivery within 5 days, but it took over 4 weeks for anything to arrive. To make matters worse, only 1 of the 4 items I ordered was delivered. Customer service has been practically non-existent—no updates, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. It’s clear that this company has no regard for their customers or their time. I strongly recommend avoiding Lampsy at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Terrible service, unreliable delivery, and a complete lack of accountability.”

“The lights arrived safely and well packaged. They look very good and currently work as expected. The customer service from Lampsy does leave a good deal to be desired. Not the best out there for communication.”

“Shocking lack of customer service. They claimed to have no knowledge of my order and then, after weeks, it arrived but only after i had ordered again. Now, not needing the new order, i am trying to return is and get a refund but no luck. Horrid service, do not use. No telephone number to be found.”

“Absolutely shocking. 3 main issues. Lampsy state items are in stock. They are not. They will send you an email several days after you have ordered and state there is a stock discrepancy. 2. Over 10 days later we got an email saying our item has been dispatched - it’s now been 4 days and still no item. 3. There is zero customer service. Calls - you can leave a message but no one returns call. Do NOT use this company.”
