“Can't fault LampShopOnline. Communication delivery and packaging was all good. That the bulbs were wrong was my fault for ordering the wrong ones.”

Hello David, Sorry for any confusion with the delivery. It states on our website 'Next Working Day Delivery'. So, just to clarify this would mean Monday if you order before 3pm on Friday. Hope this helps. Sorry again for inconvenience. LampShopOnline Team.

“Thanks for sending me a 2nd delivery to replace all the broken tubes from the 1st delivery. I still got a couple of broken tubes but I've sorted it . My advice when sending tubes out reinforce the ends of the package , as most of the tubes were broken at the ends.”
