First and last time I will use lampshop on line 3delivereries before I finally received a lamp that was not smashed not a good impression for a new company

Had to ask for a refund because after I paid for next day delivery, I was then told that the item hasn’t even arrived in the country yet! Load of rubbish

I received my order of two fluorescent tubes which I ordered from LampShop Online.One tube was completely broken into two pieces. So it's like I pay for two items but I got only one.It's very disappointing.

The light is completely smashed on arrival. Had to reschedule deliver to a different address due to it saying a signature was required then found the package delivered the following day to the original address and no one had signed for it, signs of forceful damage and the light completely smashed. FedEx tracking says someone signed called R.White with no-one living in the house woth a name starting with R and the surname incorrectly spelt. I can only assume not only has the delivery driver treated the package terribly they have also forged a signature in an attempt to say it was delivered OK. Now I'm picking up tiny pieces of broken light from my floor in the hope that my young children don't end up getting cut. So not great.

Arrived late even when paid the extra & within the time frame for next day. Got refunded the 1st class postage but hey cancelled the job so not happy as a company. One of the light was damaged.

Awful unfortunately. Ordered a bulb almost 2 weeks ago, paid extra for next day delivery and still haven't received the order. Rang and enquired and was told that the delivery charge would be refunded, which it hasn't.

Sent me the wrong one I showed them that it was the wrong one and they denied even tho I shown evidence of that and still they wouldn’t do anything and lied to me many times. Shocking

Hello Sainath, Unfortunately the wattage determines the length of the tube so I fear you may have ordered incorrectly. 'T8' Refers to the diameter of the tube and '840' is just the colour reference. I purchased next delivery. The item didn’t arrive on time so I had to source an alternative from another supplier. I requested cancellation on two occasions but they ended up delivering a week after order. Despite requests they have not reimbursed me and do not respond to emails.
