“Ordered a pl lamp and found it didnt fit the holder. I spoke to Chris Turton and he said I had ordered the wrong lamp because I wasn't rplacing it with the same wattage. He pointed out the right lamp and I ordered 2 and they arrived promptly and very well packaged. The only comment I would make is that this problem could be identified on their website as ordinary people would not understand the difference. They have refunded the payment for the first lamp but could not repay the packaging cost of £3.98”

“I received a faulty bulb and have tried for a week for somebody to get back to me to sort this out, I’ve tried emailing and a complaint form also a voice message, really not good”

“I have an update finally - 11 days after ordering light bulbs that are apparently very difficult to source. A gentleman, who was obviously under a lot of pressure, answered the phone immediately after I found a phone number on the invoice printed when I ordered. He explained the problem and offered an alternative which I accepted. So hopefully the bulbs are now on their way. THE BULBS ARRIVED AND ALL IS WELL SO I HAVE CHANGED MY OPINION OF THIS COMPANY TO 5*”

“My last lamp was the one I installed with the unit for security it lasted between 36-38 years I don't expect this lamp to last the same but if it hadn't been for you I'd be changing the whole unit now as could not get one anymore thanks for solving my problem”
