“Item received damaged. Took nearly 3 days to receive an email reply from customer services and couldn’t get a response from their telephone number. Item was out of stock, but they would be sending it as soon as they could. No email from them or courier to say it was being delivered and courier just turned up. Won’t be using again.”

Hi Ian, fluorescent tubes have been banned from use, so it has been hard for us to find a source for these. Our team did a great job of contacting our supply network to find some 5ft 835 tubes . As soon as we received them we sent a replacement to you Sorry that you find our service disappointing

“Yet again the reputation of a good company is tarnished by the couriers,i paid for nexy day delivery and it arrived four days later. As requested the package was to be left at a neibours if i wasnt in.That didnt happen and so i went on a big photo shoot with my main light and no spares...”

“It took a while to find a 24v 25w lamp for the auto garage door, most places wanted multi buys. L-O-L came up with exactly what I wanted, at a very good price. Quick delivery, & very well packed. Highly recommend.”

“Fluoro tubes came extremely well packed, and were exactly as advertised, replaced two tubes in a mirror and they worked beautifully. There was a bit of a wait for the delivery, but on the whole a positive ordering experience.”

“Could not identify oven lamp bulb for certain and Neff's Service website was not much help it would not recognise my oven's model number. The person at lamps-on-line to whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful and quickly identified the correct bulb which I then ordered on-line as he said it would be a bit cheaper. The bulbs arrived by Royal Mail within their normal time-frame and all is well. Hooray for lamps-on-line!”
