“no problems with order”

“I bought a lightbulb that doesn’t work although I think the problem is my light fitting that I will change. I have had trouble sending back. I called customer services and told to email service at general lamps. I couldn’t get the full email address as the person was rushing the phone call. I emailed the address on the website, no reply. It took a week for the lightbulb to come and I had to pay £5.95 delivery. Now I want to send it back I still have had. I reply and will need to pay to send it back. The lightbulb isn’t standard and therefore not worth hanging on to. So far not impressed.”

“I would have given this review five stars but for the fact that delivery was extended to over a month due to non availability of the product. The product was ordered on 8 July 2024 and was not received until 19 August 2024.”

Hi Peter, Please can you amend your review as I think you may have reviewed the wrong company. You purchased a 5ft 58ew tube from us on the 15th which was dleivered to you on the 18th . Please note we do not supply switches this must have been another online order that you placed
