“Fluoro tubes came extremely well packed, and were exactly as advertised, replaced two tubes in a mirror and they worked beautifully. There was a bit of a wait for the delivery, but on the whole a positive ordering experience.”

“Could not identify oven lamp bulb for certain and Neff's Service website was not much help it would not recognise my oven's model number. The person at lamps-on-line to whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful and quickly identified the correct bulb which I then ordered on-line as he said it would be a bit cheaper. The bulbs arrived by Royal Mail within their normal time-frame and all is well. Hooray for lamps-on-line!”

“Paid for next day delivery on Saturday and they came on the Wednesday! Emailed, no response and won’t get me a refund. £10 delivery too! Will not use again.”

Hi katie, we are sorry that you were not happy with the service that you received. I have checked your order and can see that you placed the order on Saturday. This would be sent on Monday on an overnight service as we are not open Saturday and Sunday ( we do advise this when ordering). However we dont like it when clients are not happy so please email our support team who will refund your carriage.

“I was not sent the halogen lamps I ordered but instead what was thought to be the LED equivalent. I had to pay the postage to return and then I see that you have not credited me back my initial £51.98 but only £48 +.”

Hi Sarah, I have checked your order and can confirm that you did order LED MR16 lamps 5.8w Sylvania brand . We have credited back your order less the postage that we have had to pay to Royal mail for sending the goods to you as we are unable to recover this. We do have the halogen version in stock our code is M258 . We fully understand that lighting is a minefield of product types so please give us a call our sales team are experts and will guide yo to the product you want
