Hi Peter, Please can you amend your review as I think you may have reviewed the wrong company. You purchased a 5ft 58ew tube from us on the 15th which was dleivered to you on the 18th . Please note we do not supply switches this must have been another online order that you placed

“Ordered a pl lamp and found it didnt fit the holder. I spoke to Chris Turton and he said I had ordered the wrong lamp because I wasn't rplacing it with the same wattage. He pointed out the right lamp and I ordered 2 and they arrived promptly and very well packaged. The only comment I would make is that this problem could be identified on their website as ordinary people would not understand the difference. They have refunded the payment for the first lamp but could not repay the packaging cost of £3.98”
