“Paid extra for next day delivery but it took 3 days and packaging was poor so one of the bulbs was badly broken! Communication also not efficient and clear. The product seems good though expensive but the customer service and communication is where your focus should be.”

“I'm very pleased to have found "General Lamps" via a simple Google search for the sort of lamp I needed. The site was simple to navigate, the communication from buying to progress on delivery to arrival couldn't be bettered, and the quality of packing in order to ensure that no harm came to [in this case] a 5ft tube-light was absolutely first-rate. I didn't need 'next-day' delivery, but the turn-around from ordering to delivery was well within the "five day" option I chose. Excellent Companies such as this go straight to my "Favourites" for future reference. I'll certainly be back, to make further orders.”

Hi Pawel , We show stock levels on our website at point of order, additionally before you make your purchase a pop up appears advising you that the item is out of stock . we do this so that customers know in advance if the item ordered is not in stock. I have checked you order and can see that it has been delivered , hope that you are happy with your lights! Regards Service team

“Product very reasonably priced and works satisfactorily at present. Communication with company not too good. I emailed twice and got no response. Eventually managed to get through to someone by phone. I just had a query about the delivery as it took a little longer than I expected to arrive.”
