“The 2 tubes were both broken when I opened the package. Called customer service to tell them and left my details and no one bothered calling back so I went to a different company.”

Hi Stephen, We are sorry that you received a broken lamp. Please can we ask that you leave a review on the carriers site that delivered the goods to you rather than our own as they broke your items. “I received the lamps ordered, they were for a friend Unfortunately they arrived both broken , due to a family loss I wasn’t able to retrieve the broken lamps to contact your company and request replacements. Not a great situation, I will put it down to experience”

Please can we ask that when goods are broken that an appropriate review is left on the carriers website instead of ours as this will stop carriers mishandling goods Service team

Cher Alexis, Nous avons envoyé des marchandises en France enregistrées, ce qui rend le coût de livraison un peu plus cher que les livraisons locales. Veuillez noter que nous déduisons la taxe britannique lorsque vous effectuez votre achat. Vous ne payez donc pas de taxe au Royaume-Uni, mais vous devez la payer lorsque les marchandises entrent en France.
