“Received light bulbs, but they were the wrong ones. Ordered 4W and invoice received with the order confirmed it. The bulbs I received were 3.5W. Disappointed but couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning them.”

Hi As LEDs improve in output the manufacturers reduce the wattage to maintain the same light output . So you are getting the correct amount of light and saving 1/2 a watt at the same time You will not have been disadvantaged with your purchase Regards Support

“When I received the first order 5 of the 10 bulbs were broken. They appeared to be packed ok. Phoned customer services, explained the situation. 5 new bulbs were received a few days later. Problem solved.”

“Essentially everything fine with my order. Only comment I would make is that the packaging for bulbs could have been more robust. No bulbs appear to have been damaged in transit, but stronger packaging could have ensured that no damage would have happened.”
