Hi Irene, You are based in Switzerland but you selected collection from our warehouse as there was no carriage charge for collection. We spotted this and contacted you to confirm that you did really want to collect from our warehouse, we were advised that you wanted goods to be sent and decided to cancel as there was a delivery charge to send goods to Switzerland. “Whilst the fluorescent tubes purchased (identical replacements) seem fine they are still flickering and sometimes don't come on once the electricity switch is activated. I assume that the bracket unit may need replacing but would welcome thoughts/guidance.”
