“Ordered a 12v 10w oven lamp for a caravan and it was dispatched very promptly and it was extremely well packaged to protect it. However I did e-mail with a question before ordering and did not receive a reply so had to take chance it would be OK.”

“Utterly useless - took my money then told me item not in stock - waited 7 weeks and when i questioned where my order was I received nothing of substance - completely lacking in care or understanding of my frustration at their service - would not use them again!!”

Hi Nigel, I have checked your order and can see that it is now delivered. When you place an order with us we show live stock so that you can see if the item is in stock or not when you place you order. Also as a confirmation before you make payment a "pop up" appears to confirm if an item is not in stock. We do this so that if an item is waiting to be delivered the client has been made aware that it was not in stock. Best Regards Service Team
