“The halogen fridge lamp arrived within days - but didn't work! A replacement was sent to me, and that works fine. Almost £17 with postage seems pretty expensive.”

“Light bulbs arrived quickly and in good condition. Cheap as chips, old style tungsten filament GLS 60w. Nice warm bright diffuse light. 10% blew within 50 hours 🙄 (made in C) the remainder are past 400 hrs and still going strong, will buy again.”

“Very happy to find you! Have bathroom canopy 40 yrs old now! 3 of these lamps in there - one just went - couldn`t find any anywhere so ordered 3 to be on the safe side. Would have been so awful if I couldn`t replace the one that went. Thank you for being there for oldies!!”

“I have received a bulb with brown and black lines around the bulb and a hole in the bulb’s neck and didn’t work. I have informed customer service but nobody bothered to get in touch with me. I lost my money”
