“I received the lamps ordered, they were for a friend Unfortunately they arrived both broken , due to a family loss I wasn’t able to retrieve the broken lamps to contact your company and request replacements. Not a great situation, I will put it down to experience”

Hi Carol, I am so sorry to hear this , and we are so sorry for your loss. Please can you confirm your address and we will send a replacement order to you free of charge. Please can we ask that when goods are broken that an appropriate review is left on the carriers website instead of ours as this will stop carriers mishandling goods Service team

Cher Alexis, Nous avons envoyé des marchandises en France enregistrées, ce qui rend le coût de livraison un peu plus cher que les livraisons locales. Veuillez noter que nous déduisons la taxe britannique lorsque vous effectuez votre achat. Vous ne payez donc pas de taxe au Royaume-Uni, mais vous devez la payer lorsque les marchandises entrent en France.
