Ordered item, paid advised of delivery, noticed a refund to my account yet no explanation to why and no item!

If your in hurry, dont order from here! After 11 days of waiting for lamps that should of arrived in 72 hours, I finally managed to get through to the customer services to ask where they are. Was told that they didn't have the lamps in stock even though the website showed them in stock when I ordered. Next I was told that they had sent me an email to notify me of delay which was a lie, they coudn't tell me when this email was supposed to be sent. The guy I spoke to seem more interested in having a argument rather than rectifying the problem.

Nothing wrong with the original purchase, but had to return the items as they were unsuitable. Since then - for some obscure reason - the company have issued a PARTIAL refund even though I returned the full order unopened. Since then I have sent them 3 emails regarding the unrefunded items and it has not yet been resolved. Poor customer service

They charge £3.98 for delivery, but it takes them 7 days to post, so It took 11 days from placing the order. I don't think this is good enough.

I'm still waiting for my order, placed on the 22nd of Oct. that's 12 days to deliver a flatpack lampshade to a Capital city. Seriously? Ask me again, when I've received my order.......

The item showed in stock and despatched. Said it should be delivered within 2-3 working days. 5 days later I had heard nothing so I rang, they couldn't find the order so someone was going to ring me back. They never bothered, just sent an email to say there had been a mistake, they couldn't get the lamps so were refunding me. Not impressed.

Hello Eric, We sent an email to you on receipt of your order. You are in France and standard delivery does not cover the cost of delivery to France. We do advise customers ordering overseas to get in touch before ordering. We are happy to send the goods but do require additional postage to get the goods to you.
