“I ordered next day on a Friday. Despite telling the person I spoke to, that I needed it on Saturday, they didn’t mention that it wouldn’t be with me till Monday. To make it even worse, my order didn’t come until Tuesday. Poor.”

“Sadly these were out-of-stock, although shown in-stock when we ordered and still showing in-stock after Lamps2u cancelled the order. We do need these for our Church as the lighting system does not work with LED bulbs and we really cannot afford to re-equip about 80 luminaires and the control/dimmer system. We hope they come back in the new year.”

As discussed our smaller orders are despatched via Royal Mail and this time of year, we do unfortunately experience delays. We sent you two deliveries out on a 24 hours/first class service which took three days to get to you - This is not acceptable and usually does not happen any other time of the year.
