“Order 2 starters on a next day service. Called them to be reassured that I'd definitely receive them and they didn't turn up until the day after when we no longer needed them. Refused to give us a refund and then argued with us before not responding to emails. Very poor quality customer service and unprofessional behaviour. We will never use them again.”

We do make a note in our delivery information and on the checkout page regarding 'next day' deliveries this time of year, occasionally being delayed. I think this note/message was missed - But we are more than happy to have the items back for a full refund. We do advise this, but did not get a response from yourself. We are sorry this order did not work out.
