“The lamp products that we bought and paid for were of very bad quality The lamp bulbs that we bought only partly worked We put in for a refund I sent all the issued receipts back with the faulty light bulbs but as of today 21/12/2023 I have had no response from this company not even some acknowledgment that my complaint was being processed and no kind of communication from this company”
