“I had been looking for some replacement bulbs, type GUF4011LED/30 Warm White for some time but they were not available anywhere. They became available on Lamps2udirect. In fact I found the type: GUF4011LED/40 which are Cool White so ordered 6 to replace all those in the Kitchen. They were delivered in a few days as per the order. Wow, what an improvement on the lighting. I now use my old Warm White lamps for the corridors etc. But I know I can quickly get more from Lamps2udirect when I need them.”

“not good. seller sent the wrong items - not as described seller is a thief- I returned the item and never got a refund. don't fall into this trap and waste your money, go find a better shop that will give you something for your money's worth! if you care about your money don't buy here, don't risk your money”

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about Lamps2Udirect.com. We are sorry to hear of your experience with wrong items being sent and not receiving a refund on the return. We have looked into your order though and can see that the correct items were sent and have never been returned to us. We have requested confirmation several times now and asked 'who has signed for the item' This unfortunately has not yet been provided. Can your courier confirm who received the goods? Sadly, we cannot issue a refund for items that have not been returned to us. This is pretty standard procedure, weather it's ordering online or from High-street shop. We have to have the items back before issuing a refund.
