“Ordered bulbs on 11th december they had not arrived by the 23rd,so i emailed lamps2udirect as i had not received conformation that they had even been dispatched. I then emailed again after new year and received an email in response to say that part of my order was not available and would be in stock several weeks later. I accepted that i would wait for these items however they could have sent the items they did have in stock and sent the rest at a later date. I feel i should have been made aware of this situation and not have to send several emails and await a reponse.”
