“Had a long tube bulb delivered for underneath my kitchen units, however it was smashed by FedEx en-route !! I immediately emailed Lamps2udirect with photo evidence. A gent called Martin immediately responded (I was like WOW), as it was after business hours. He immediately dispatched another out, which arrived the following day, encased in a long hard cardboard tube and bubble wrap inside (well protected) Now installed and working great :) A truly 5-Star customer service experience and I won’t hesitate to shop with lamps2udirect again and I’ll certainly be recommending friends & family, too Thanks again, Martin :)”
