“When my order arrived it was wrapped up in several different Christmas paper wrappings. These were used with a lot of selotape and gift stickers. I wasn't pleased as all this was not recylable. I didn't ask for other people's rubbish. At least the lamp inside was ok.”

“I placed the order on line on Christmas day, not expecting shipping until the new year. The lamps arrived safely in January which was good. The only negative point was being asked to write a review on 29th December, well before their offices were open and hence well before shipping. Is this AI? Its not intelligent and I find it annoying. But appart from what I assume is an automated system, the people and service were great.”
