“I am more than happy with both the service and the item I bought. The bag was well made and good quality leather.”

“Ease of ordering.”

“5 stars says it all.”

“I needed a handbag that would stand the test of time while being practical and look good too. I searched and considered many options before discovering Lakeland. I bought the Ennerdale Leather Organiser Bag in Black and it is all these things. I like a crossbody bag (as I have no shoulders to speak of) and this wears very comfortably. The strap is adjustable too so I have it sitting just right. It is spacious but compartmentalised which, for me, is a must: I hate clutter. Yes, all boxes ticked; this is the one for me!”

Helpful Report

“Just what I was looking for, and it is very nice, just right for what I wanted it for”

Helpful Report

“Well designed and made handbag. Good quality finish and at a reasonable price. Service efficient and prompt delivery.”

Helpful Report

“As always the quality at Lakeland is far superior to any of its rivals. Quality products and quality service. Thanks all.”

Helpful Report

“Brilliant service efficient delivery, the jacket I ordered was very high quality and I loved it sadly had to return it. No issues whatsoever.”

Helpful Report

“Great quality leather, really pleased with my leather jacket. True to size, lovely style.”

Helpful Report

“I have purchased 4 items recently and I could not be happier with all items. The quality of the leather is amazing and the workmanship of each piece is first class. One of the items I bought was a leather jacket which exceeds my expectations Brilliant keep up the good work, I will be purchasing more items soon and I will be recommending you to others.”

Helpful Report

“This is an excellent company to buy from. Their products are very good quality and the bags I have bought from them are made in Britain. Good quick delivery. I highly recommend their shops, ahve bought several items over the years and been delighted with them... I love the variety they offer over a wide range from simple tops to fabulous jackets and coats.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service and product - very quick to arrive”

Helpful Report

“The process of ordering online was easy. I was pleased with the quality of the Capri trousers I bought. They were a little too long but fitted in the waist and hips, something I find difficult to achieve so I'm delighted about that. The Nomad dress, whilst being the right size and a pretty colour, looked like a sack on me! The return process was very straightforward.”

Helpful Report

“Beautiful bag, love the colour, very quick delivery.”

Helpful Report

“Absolutely stunningly made leather biker jacket, colour was so nice and leather was butter soft. It just did not suit me. I have returned back but am gutted.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered a cross over handbag from Lakeland leather with ordinary delivery. Well chuffed it arrived next day. Package well wrapped. Quality superb. Would highly recommend.”

Helpful Report

“Great! Except a couple days later they put 10% off sales items that I had just bought!! Really annoying.”

Helpful Report

“Good quality soft leather jacket, ideal for going over a summer dress. Ordered online to collect from store but when I went to collect the jacket (2 days after it was due instore) it hadn't arrived. Peter, I think that was his name, in the Ambleside store was so helpful and agreed to call me on Monday when the next delivery came. Sure enough, I got the phone call and am very happy with my jacket. Will definitely shop at Lakeland Leather again.”

Helpful Report

“My daughter purchased me a light brown leather jacket for my birthday and I love it. I also purchased your multi kit for cleaning and taking care of the leather I have used the application before wearing my jacket just waiting for the weather to cool down!”

Helpful Report

“Packed beautifully and the quality is amazing and beautiful but unfortunately the jacket was too big. Quite expensive to return to have it tracked for safety”
