“Very poor quality. Used once and the entire side became unglued. My phone which was the only item in it fell on the floor. I don’t know whether this was just faulty but I have requested a new one or a full refund. I was asked to send photos which I have done and am waiting for a response.”

“I ordered a gilet which was delivered the next day via courier. The service and the quality of the garment was excellent as it arrived so quickly. I also ordered a pair of gloves later that day and paid postage fees. They arrived via Royal Mail a week after ordering. I found that rather disappointing as the gilet was delivered so swiftly. The quality of the gloves were also excellent. We have bought a lot of items from Lakeland leather and have never been disappointed with the quality- always look and feel first class.”
