“Having bought a number of leather coats and other items from both shops in Carlisle and Ambleside we have been very happy with them over a number of years. (too many for the wardrobe!!) Still look good after years of wear. Great shop, service and quality. Thank you.”

“Extremely bad service, took money from my account and said they never received payment,then said it was their problem a few days later and i had to chase my refund. Then i reordered and parcel was to be next day delivery and 4 days later the delivery company still had not received my parcel. I had to chase a refund again. Worst i have ever dealt with”

“Ordered a man’s leather wallet from Lakeland Leather which took 10 days in total to arrive due to Royal Mail’s fault. Anna the Online Customer Service of Lakeland, Leather, was extremely helpful. When Lakeland Leather emailed me to ask for a review, I replied that I have not received the wallet yet, Anna immediately apologised and sent a replacement wallet via DPD which arrived in 2days time instead of the next day due to DPD having a 24hr dispute. Despite the couriers delays I would definitely praise Lakeland Leather for their prompt action and also grateful for Anna to put into action immediately. Lakeland Leather should be proud to have such an efficient Online Customer Service, well done Anna and many thanks for your professional service. Lakeland leather wallets are the best and they do last for years and years”
