“I bought a navy Lakeland Leather jacket a few years ago and get complimented on it a lot. Your jackets are very comfortable for broad shouldered guys. I decided to treat myself to another and spotted the Charlie racer jacket on the website. After trying one on in store I ordered the bigger size online. The detail on the jacket - particularly around the shoulders - is excellent. First time ordering on the website and found it very straightforward, even on a smartphone. Very impressed at how quickly my order was processed and delivered. The jacket was immaculate so I'm one very happy customer. Keep up the great work!”

“Bought this for my wife ... well made with very good quality, well matched skins. Sizing slightly smaller than we expected (but it fits perfectly). Delivery prompt and efficient - but then Lakeland have always produced quality goods. We still have leather jacket bought at least 30 years ago and it is still serviceable!”

“I called to pick up a jacket at the Ambleside shop which I'd bought online. The lady running the shop was very friendly and helpful, she even said that if the jacket didn't fit she would go to the warehouse down the road and pick up the right size. Service as good as this is very hard to find and is a credit to your company, we shall definitely shop here again. Many thanks.”
