Metal parts and straps were wrapped in tissue to protect them from rubbing against the bag. I am always pleased with my purchases from Lakeland.”

“I ordered a crossbody phone bag for my friend, it was delivered very quickly and the leather was lovely however it was a bit too small for my friend so we ordered a slightly larger one. Once again the bag is excellent quality and delivered really promptly . I easily returned the original bag and have received a full refund with no problems.
