“I ordered a crossbody phone bag for my friend, it was delivered very quickly and the leather was lovely however it was a bit too small for my friend so we ordered a slightly larger one. Once again the bag is excellent quality and delivered really promptly . I easily returned the original bag and have received a full refund with no problems. I have no hesitation in recommending Lakeland Leather, the customer service is great and very helpful and I am extremely happy with the items I have purchased.”
