“Very quick delivery. Ordered items previously from Lakeland and was very pleased with the quality and colour of those items. I understand the colour can be different between pictures and reality but I wouldn't say the actual colour of this jacket I ordered is scarlet, (scarlet being a bright red colour as your picture of the jacket is) so I am disappointed with shade of the jacket I have received as it is much darker.”

“Really pleased with over body bag, quality etc. I checked the measurements before purchase. Obviously they were the exterior measurements. I had not realised that the actual interior measurements were smaller because the zips were inset. The bag just about satisfied my needs but it would have been helpful to have had a diagram of the size and usable capacity”

“Lovely bag, very pleased with it. One small issue is the zip. If fully open the zip is difficult to close, especially if across body. It’s only at the end, but I have to take it off, put it down before I can close the zip. Apart from that, I love the bag and would buy again from Lakeland.”

“Size up, the sloping toe area is tight. I purchased size 7 Ladies' Sheepskin boot slippers in black with a good discount at the time. The parcel arrived in 4 days. The slippers are too tight because of the sloping toe region, it is not a box shape. I contacted Lakeland Leather by phone the same day and followed instructions for returning the parcel for exchange the same day. The return postage was also credited the same day including information by email, and the size 8 slippers arrived within 2 days. The fit is just perfect and they are warm and comfortable. Very efficient service.”

“Bought a small messenger bag as a gift for my Dad and he was thrilled! The quality was fab and the item was on offer online so a great price. My only niggle was around delivery times - I wasn't sure from the site how quickly it would be delivered and by what method”

“Very high quality items. I do think that the image of becky gloves on 'denium blue' should be more true to colour as I would say that they are more navy. They were not as expected but fortunately the recipient loved them. I also think that packaging should be better for sending as the parcel bag was was quite cheap looking upon arrival. Very happy with second purchase for grey slippers. Would buy from site again. 10% discount and offer on slippers at the time was very useful.”

“Very happy with the purchase. I had a problem actually trying to pay with my card.Tried numerous times to action the order but at the point of payment the screen froze and told me there was a problem and to contact lakeland,as it was a weekend this was a problem. I eventually tried using the same card via your Karna payment scheme and it went through no problem. Presumably other customers may have had a similar problem. Very quick excellent delivery,thank you.”

“I have always bought designer brands and these are a much more realistic price. The leather is lovely and soft. The only thing I have noticed is the metal work on the bags, is not as good quality, shiny or as ornate. This does cheapen the bags in my opinion. I have tried to polish them up to no avail.”

“Lovely leather and well designed. Purchased the backpack style bag from the Lakeland shop in Swindon, only 1 week after returning from a Langdale holiday. Reasonable price for a quality leather bag and not made in China. Only problem has been the tag on the zip has faiked after only 5 months use. No manufacturers marking on the zip clasp so cannot say if this is from an outsourced supplier.”

“Not my first lakeland leather product, and quality is fantastic and great value as always. This was my 1st time ordering on line however, and must say very disappointed with the packaging. Jacket came crumpled in a post bag, covered in parcel tape. Although not damaged, this doesn't really fit the 'premium quality' vibe of the company I would say. Perhaps something to look at?”
