“Ordered coat on line , arrived promptly , only issue was that the security tag had been left on . Fortunately I lived at a local store so we could have it removed .”

“I don't like to order high priced goods online but my husband does already have 2 of their jackets. Order a mens jacket, arrived on time but unfortunately it was a ladies jacket arrived. After a short conversation all sorted. Returned jacket and correct one received within 4 days. Will definitely use again”

“I recently purchased two leather handbags. The quality of the bags is very good apart from the smell of the leather. After several weeks this has faded considerably and I am now using them but I would like to know why they smelled so bad. I have never experienced this before. Delivery service was good although the bags were only packaged in plastic bags.”

“Order placed in September, and acknowledged promptly. The order was delayed, as I knew it would be, awaiting stock, but the information became confusing. Shown as ready to ship for some time before had arrived with the company. When it finally arrived with the company transport from that point was quick. The one incorrect item was exchanged, but I had to request a label, and then send the entire invoice back, which would have left me with no record had I not photocopied it first. The items are good and in time for Christmas, but a little more progress communication would have been good.”

“Boots took a little longer to arrive than stated on the marketing info. The boots are of high quality and should last a long time. I like the boots, but wish they came in half sizes as the size 6 ordered are a little large without wearing thick socks.”
